Well known in the Nashville IT community, Mrs. Sanders is recognized by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and brings over 18 years of IT knowledge and experience to her role of Principal / Recruiting Manager. Mrs. Sanders is the President of Alltech, Inc. and responsible for the ongoing operations of the company, along with co-responsibility for providing leadership as it relates to Alltech's Recruiting and Sales Team. She works closely with our clients to ensure only qualified candidates are presented in order to meet their business objectives. Mrs. Sanders' experience in providing superior service and computer technology solutions is a plus to the Alltech Team and their clients.

Prior to moving into the realm of IT staffing, Mrs. Sanders was a Business Relations Analyst, a Systems Engineer, and a Lead Systems Engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Before joining Alltech, she had 7 years of experience in IT recruiting and staffing in the Nashville area, and she is currently responsible for all of the recruiting, employee relations and human resource related functions for Alltech. Mrs. Sanders is a graduate of North Carolina State University and attended Middle Tennessee State University for post graduate studies.

She is a Charter Member of the Tennessee Recruiters Association where she serves on the Board of Directors, as the President. Mrs. Sanders is a member of the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management and the Nashville Technology Council and an active supporter of many local networking and user groups.

Mr. Camm possesses over 25 years of professional experience in the Nashville Information Technology community.

In his current role, Mr. Camm is Co-owner of Alltech, Inc. and serves as the corporate Secretary. His responsibilities include operations, along with leadership of the Alltech Sales and Marketing Team. Mr. Camm actively participates in Alltech's efforts to build and maintain client and contractor relationships, and the continued growth and success of the company.

Mr. Camm started his career in technology in software development, system analysis and design, and project management. He progressed into the IT staffing industry, providing leadership for two Nashville based IT Staffing firms prior to establishing his own company, IT Solutions Unlimited, Inc. in early 2001. After three years of running his own firm, Mr. Camm merged IT Solutions Unlimited, Inc. with Alltech, Inc.

Mr. Camm is the founder of the Nashville CIO Council which was established in January 2000 and remains the organization's facilitator. Mr. Camm previously served on the Board of the American Red Cross and Nashville State Community College Foundation. He is an active member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, the Nashville Technology Council and the Tennessee Recruiters Association.
